July 2017 saw China based life sciences company Lianhe Chemical Technology announce the completion of aquisition of Fine Industries including it's subsidiaries Fine Organics Ltd and Fine Environmental services Ltd.

Lianhetech host two Research & Development Centers and seven Production sites under Business Unit Management.

Lianhe's board chairwomen and President Ms Maggie Wang said 'We expect Fine Industries Group's customer base, expertise and capabilities to strengthen our organisation's offerings as global solution provider'.
